An autumn between Amazonia and metropolises for Raspini
For Giovanni Raspini, autumn-winter will be way beyond convention and the borders of Europe.
In fact, the company’s creations for this season open up to the lush nature of Amazonia with necklaces, earrings and rings similar to climbing plants in burnished silver with tiny, pink tourmaline spheres. Moreover, the Tuscan designer brand has introduced some elements to the Super Bowl collection that are far from its usual classic style, renewing, however, the appeal between gilded silver and flexible tubular parts.
Attention to texture plays a leading role with hand-hammered surfaces and uneven and material textures that, nevertheless, support and enhance the usual extreme lightness of each creation.
Raspini’s third new entry for autumn moves amid a tribute to femininity in the doublette-effect mother-of-pearl with quartz and goes by an exotic name, Maui. It focuses on round shapes and tiny spheres and the burnished silver signature of the brand.
For its male customers, however, the brand has created the Jack line in hand-hammered silver plate matched with leather, lapis lazuli and black onyx. Necklaces, bracelets and rings that re-interpret, Raspini-style, the most traditional crucifix, heart, anchor and ship wheel shapes.
