LeBebé Grows Up
In 1948, the Borgo Orefici district in Naples was the birthplace of the Verde family's creative workshop, which in 2007, launched a new adventure: LeBebé. At the helm were third-generation siblings Paolo, Fabrizio and Mariana, who wanted to give a precise identity to the company’s new-born branch, which is a very apt definition since LeBebé looks to the world of births, mothers-to-be and those who have just given birth to their children and want to seal this special moment with an ad hoc piece of jewellery.
The brand's launch saw the debut of the iconic pendant in the stylized shape of a little boy and a little girl, followed by three “families” of jewellery, subdivided according to the main theme of the collection: The Icons, with the various interpretations of the silhouettes that symbolize the brand's heritage, such as I Classici and I Preziosi; Gli Adorabili, with the multi-faceted and contemporary Les Petits and Le Perle collections that aim to match mood and style; and Suonamore, with items dedicated to expectant mothers. And now, to celebrate its first 15 years and the new pay-off “A mom is born”, LeBebé has further enriched its offer with an extension of I Classici, Les Petits and Le Perle.
I Classici collection comprises bracelets with a double chain, a little girl or boy silhouette and a heart-shaped diamond clasp, earrings with a little girl or boy silhouette and a removable heart-shaped pendant, and the latest additions are hoop earrings bearing the iconic silhouette.
Les Petits, as the name suggests, is made up of small, yellow gold and diamond jewels, such as the new necklace in which a gold thread joins the silhouette - little girl or little boy - to a tiny heart, to create a simple yet elegant and original piece of jewellery. Or the single pendant earring in two versions with a little girl and a little boy silhouette embellished with a diamond.
Lastly, Le Perle, in which the two children play with a pearl, the noblest of gems, creating pendant and lobe earrings with a pearl chain, or the contrariè ring embellished with a pearl.
