We hereby inform you that certain Companies, including "International Fairs Directory", "Mulpor Company Srl, "Oceandatalinks", "Fortune Business Intelligence group inc - fortunebig", based in different parts of the world and with constantly changing company names, usually send forms to our exhibiting companies in which they require to rectify company data for the publication of advertisements, in online magazines, unduly using trademarks of our events, or propose the sale of databases of buyers' names complete with company names, names of internal contacts, their email, website, addresses, telephone and fax numbers.
Companies of the above-mentioned kind HAVE NOT BEEN AUTHORISED BY US to use our name nor the trademarks associated with us. There is therefore an arbitrary and illegitimate use of the distinctive signs of others, in order to create misunderstandings in the recipients of the above-mentioned communications. Furthermore, it is understood that Italian Exhibition Group Spa has not communicated or transferred any data of its buyers to companies that propose the sale of our buyers’ databases.
In the event that you receive forms or offers to sell databases of our events, including by e-mail, from the companies as specified above, but also from e-mail addresses of dubious origin and not verified existence and/or reliability, we invite you to pay EXTREME CAUTION, taking the above into account.

Le Società del genere sopramenzionato NON SONO STATE DA NOI AUTORIZZATE ad utilizzare il nostro nome e neppure i marchi a noi collegati. Si palesa, dunque, un utilizzo arbitrario e illegittimo di segni distintivi altrui, allo scopo di ingenerare equivoci nei destinatari delle suddette comunicazioni. Resta inteso, inoltre, che Italian Exhibition Group Spa non ha comunicato, né ceduto alcun dato dei propri buyers alle Società che propongono la vendita di database di nostri buyers.
Nel caso in cui riceviate moduli o proposte di vendita di database delle nostre manifestazioni, anche via e-mail, da parte delle aziende come sopra specificate, ma anche da parte di indirizzi email di dubbia provenienza e di non accertata esistenza e/o attendibilità Vi invitiamo a prestare la MASSIMA ATTENZIONE, tenendo conto di quanto sopra segnalato.
